Our work aims to transform education by providing schools with the tools and resources they need to create a personalized learning experience that empowers every student to succeed.

Setting up a Resource Room / Enrichment Center: We provide recommendations for materials and equipment, plan and training on its usage, target plans, Resource Room teacher training, File work with Children Profile, Assessing children, Writing Individual Educational Plan (IEP), Lesson Support Plan (LSP), and a plan for a starting point for each child.

Inculcating Inclusive Education: We help schools understand the importance of inclusive education and guide them on how to make their classrooms welcoming to students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Addressing the child's Academic, Socio-emotional, and Behavioral Needs: We provide mentoring to teachers and support staff, helping them identify the concerns of the children who may not be coping with the grade they are in and teaching them how to achieve their goals by teaching differently. We also help teachers handle and positively turn the difficult children into positive strengths of the class and hence be able to handle children with Behavioral concerns and positively direct their energy.

Teachers and Students School Image Consultation Building Tailor Made Marketing Strategies: We help schools build a positive image in the community by providing consultation on how to improve the school's reputation, image, and brand. We also develop tailor-made marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.

Conducting Workshops for Special Educators and Regular Teachers: We conduct workshops to help teachers enhance their skills and make their teaching effective to all kinds of children within a classroom. We help them understand the importance of teaching techniques, behavior and class management, delivering lessons most effectively, maintaining the attention of the students, and motivating children.

Writing and Implementing an I.E.P (Individual Educational Plans) and L.S.P (Lesson Support Plan) with focus on Learning Styles and Study Skills: We assist schools in identifying and addressing disabilities that affect students' learning. We also tailor-make the curriculum, regular and special needs teacher training, and help teachers break down the subject chapters and extend their teaching through various simple methods.

Sensitizing Teachers Regarding Common Behavioral and Learning Problems of Children in a Classroom and Suggesting Ways to Deal with It: We help teachers identify and assess children, identify children who may have learning difficulty and may be slow learners, and further make a plan and modify their regular teaching technique to suit the needs of all the children within the classroom.

Our training program is available in three tiers: Preschool, Primary, and Secondary Teachers. The program is tailor-made so that it helps the school with their specific needs.

In addition to our training program, we offer academic handholding by making regular monthly visits for overall sessions with a team of selected teachers from the current staff members, identifying concerns in children, and guiding the team with progressive solutions and approaches.

Our goal is to lay a strong and deep routed foundation such that the school, Resource Centre, as well as the Teachers, feel strong and equipped enough to help support all children within the classroom. We aim to help teachers of today be the means of making literates of the 21st century, those who not only can read and write but also can learn, unlearn, and relearn before they teach.
